Also log sie in ihrer Walkie-Talkie-Kommunikation mit dem Hubschrauber und sagte, sie hätte eine „Eins“ für sie. Zum Glück für Anne traf sie auf den schwer verletzten Rick Grimes. Ja, nachdem Rick in „What Comes After“ der neunten Staffel nicht bei der Brückenexplosion ums Leben kam, rettete Anne ihn, indem sie ihn den Drei Ringen übergab, die sie beide mit dem Hubschrauber abtransportierten. Sie sagte ihnen, Rick sei ein B, aber er sei stark und brauche Hilfe.
Leider wusste niemand in Ricks Leben, dass dies passierte, und alle gingen davon aus, dass er gestorben war (obwohl Daryl eine ganze Weile im Wald verbrachte, um nach einer Leiche zu suchen). Dann machte die Show einen Sprung um sechs Jahre.

Es war eine große Gemeinschaft in Bewegung, mit Zivilisten und Vorräten im Inneren der Prozession und die Soldaten zu Pferd beschützten den Umkreis.
